Indian elite can crunch numbers and statistics after eating curry. Aswin is a good find for India. They should stop comparing him with anybody.

Funny or otherwise! Why compare at all? Each player is great in his own way to have made to his national team and played well for his country! DO NOT COMPARE PLEASE! ONLY APPRECIATE whea a player plays well!!
Rohit AND aSHWIN WILL BE PROVED IN sa AND iN nz.. Thats the real test. Lets c till then wont comment on how far they will go as on flat tracks anybody can score runs
Sobers played for a side that was strong on bowling and batting. He didn't bowl as many overs as Ashwin or for that matter any other bowler. Hence comparison such as this is skewed.

Ashwin has to be better than Harbhajan than talk of Sobers. Its a silly question Harbhajan has made 2 ttest hundreds and has 700 wkts in tests and ODI'S Ashwin stil a ki9d..

It really depends whether Ashwin can maintain the same record overseas. If he can, he will undoubtedly be one of the best all rounders to play this game.
