Delhi Police is misusing the law!
by my on Jun 05, 2013 02:45 AM

Delhi Police is misusing the law and charging common ppl with no criminal background with heavy fatal law! Sree is punished like he was another "D"! What about Sreeni & Meyippan, other playrs and personalities involved in the scam! Two standards by Delhi Police!

A headache does not need Head surgery!

Delhi police never punished anybody in sprts scam like this before! Suddenly, how come they are picking up small prays - who recd only 10-20 lakh and granting them lifetime imprisonment and not touching the main ppl like Srinivasan, Meyippan, Vino and all bookies closely associated with D'Co.

Delhi Police also not arresting anybody in connection with the Police Officer's murder! They are not smart to track any telecon in this regard! No arrest for this reason! No suspect in their list! All they are doing is bringing one law after the other against Sree! Sree has no political back up! So, any kind of law can be brought against the poor chap!

In Delhi, there are hundreds of raps and murders - Neeraj is not smart to clean the City from crimes! But he shot into fame by arresting a one small pray! I think he is struggling to achieve "Padmashree" for this achievement!

at least court is having sense
by sangeetha on May 30, 2013 09:38 AM

What the court said is common sense. How can Sreesanth get things removed from hotel room after he was arrested ? Why the police didnt lock the room when they arrested him. If someone cleaned up the room to help sreesanth, why would he leave laptop, cash, condoms etc in the room ?

Bail is basic human right. One doesnt have to be indefinitely under arrest. He cannot run away as he is a famous person. He can be called for questioning when police needs. If court finds him guilty, he will have to go to prison anyway. Even if court doesnt punish him, he already got punishment by loss of career and name. Getting banned from cricket is punishment enough for spot fixing. It is not like he murdered or raped someone.

Even G0d can't change the inefficient and corrupt justice system
by Jagdish Reddy on May 30, 2013 06:49 AM

Indian Judicial system still runs by the laws written by the British when they were ruling India and are biased towards the ruling class. Even the laws, acts, regulations, rules have same numbers and format and nothing has changed.
The processes are extremely cumbersome, slow, inefficient and allows corruption at the highest levels with minimum fines and punishments that can only happen after decades and only if the parties involved like to fight it out till the end.
But if it is between a government entity and and individual, it allows the corrupt government officials or the new elected government can decide the fate of the case. Also there are minimum cross checks on corrupt Judges, as we do not have the Judy system like in US.
Neither the politicians nor the Justice department want to change it as it helps them to keep it this way so exploit the people and the country resources.
Even G0d can not save this country.

LOT OF STORIES!!!
by kidilansyam on May 29, 2013 07:35 AM  | Hide replies

there has been lot of stories that were put out by police and media when sreesanth was arrested. They first said.. he has one girl with him, then it became three... they said he was arrested from hotel room with all sort of things....Then they said one Marathi actress was along with him.

FInally yesterday it became apparent that when he was arrested he was travelling along with his friend and actor Rajiv Pillai. This itself shows how much lies have been propogated by Delhi Police in this case.

Clearly there is some real conspiracy in the whole episode. Sreesanth might or might not have done match fixing. Let court decide on it. If he has done some thing wrong he should be punished.

But the police or media has no right for character assasination like this!!!!

How does it matter if he is a Mallu or not. If the police wants to lie, let them say one thing and only that.

Initially we were made to visualize Sreeshant having gone crazy with women in his room. Then we heard he was caught after a party where he treated his girlfriend with lavish gifts. There were more version floating.... Where is the investigation and what is the truth?

It is already muddied up badly.

I agree with you partially. There is no reason to discount the involvement of Mr. Manohar the previous president of BCCI, and many other office bearers and politicians. The players are only their mohra.

A Typical MalwarE(I)

They do the same thing everywhere. It's there in there Blood Cells.

They are in every Field in every part of the world.

They act as if they were professionals. But if you look closer. Actually, they bring potential loss and problems to the organizations they work for and others around them.

Dear Dr. Your name itself shows that you are not open, hiding behind a nick name. We Keralaites can not be judged with one person. Who is Kalmadi, who is Modi, Who is Raja, and can give 100s of name. Eveywhere, every state, there are good people and bad people. We are shining in all countries. Unfortunately there are few bad people also. Srisanth might have done mistake, but there are others including the person who got the best new comer also a Keralite. Atleast say WE ARE INDIANS AND ONE INDIAN MADE A MISTAKE. I AM IN DUBAI. COME AND SEE HOW WE ARE WORKING HOW WE ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE FINANCIAL SECTOR OF OUR COUNTRY, HOW MUCH WE ARE RESPECTED IN UAE. I proud to be a Malayalee, and as an Indian. Only we can talk any languates with it's own clarity. Please understand.

Let the facts speak for itself. The Keralites sre more dignified than Delhites. Having visited and stayed in both places, I found that Kerala is more hospitable and cultured than Delhi.
