I am unable to understand as to How any Bowler can be 100 % sure that he will give some number of runs in any one over. One can surely say about spot fixing when someone gets out, either run out, caught, stumped or clean bowled. Because, it is withing the hands of the batsman. There cannot be any batsman who can do spot fixing for scoring some number of runs in one over or in a match. Same way, even a bowler also cannot do spot fixing for giving certain number of run/s or taking wicket/s. I am really surprised as to how anyone can prove Spot Fixing.
