no good that yuvi is dropped , u cannot take things granted and u can select team on past record, what is present performance is important, but in place of murali vijay, rahane should hv been included

IPL is T20 tournament, and also it is a business/entertainment game, you cannot consider performance in it as basic for selection of ICC champions, it is country level game.

dear mr. kiran......ipl a domestic competition....& whn ranji trophy is basis 4 selection then why cant ipl be one? AND hearing it for d 1st tym in lyf.business game.....its a game of cricket my dear..jst a sport not business....

sponsors are doing it for business but players always play for themselves i think it is a good test of temprament and match winning skill dinesh kartik and vinay kumar are great inclusion thanx selectors but still most of indians like u believe that old is gold without any reason lets learn from pakistan and others who always give importance to performance
Whether the national One day team selection will be on the base of IPL performances .than sangakara,jayawardhane sd be dropped from srilanka team.Yuvraj was the best player in the last series he was played .He performed good in bowling and batting .he was not good in tests becoz he was never a test batsman .hopeless indian selectors

yuvi's performance in ODI's against pakistan and england was also very dissapointing as he is easily trapped by any bowler so good decision lets come fresh blood

He was mom against pak he should be in the side instead of Rohit or vijay....
