Till he's fit and being able to perform,might be till 2015,2019 or even 2023,when he turns 50.Age mustn't be the deciding factor,only performance must.

agreed gambhir and shewag are no longer the players they used to be ...but they are replaced by vijay and dhawan...can anyone explain this...as vijay may scored hundred but he is not fit to be a test player nor is dhawan

A settled opening combination is still awaited and these are just experiments.Unless these guys are tried and given opportunity,its difficult to know who is the best guy for the job.
