Because Australia not performing doesn't mean Test Cricket is Ruined. Look at the IPL and team India's Performance. I guess the time has come for Cricket Australia to take some tough decision..

dont judge the indian performance with the victory against the west indians, zimbabwe and outher mino's.
Yes it has completely ruined the classic batting. T20 is not a cricket game. Its just for fun and entertainment. So please don't spoil the game comparing T20 with test cricket. We all should support test cricket instead of t20 which is not at all a game. Test cricket will never die till the time people like me are there who still think test cricket is the best.

All games have audiance as an integral part. In recent years, the popularity is declining since spectators do not have patience to sit for 5 days and watch test matches. I agree that test match is the real test for any batsman but what is the point if there is noone to watch and appreciate live matches on stadium!!!!....T20 is a different format al together and its not fair to compare both formats.

Had you had a little knowledge of test cricket you would have never commented like this. Do You know for how many days a test cricket played in the past.
In the people who are involved including players ,administrator . The talents and skills are down the dumps The game is made to believe with dead pitches .Would prefer watching matches of 90 or earlier - it is lie films .What is ruling the game is money and by any means
The rules in T20 are made to enthrall spectators who are mostly interested in instant fun.The regular failure of Watson,Werner,Dhoni,Rohit,Pathan & whole lot of West Indian T20 wonders in test cricket is an endorsement of its ill effect on longer version. The abject failure of team iIndia in England & Australia & now aussies against england is a warning t cricket boards to safeguard real talent & ignore the baseball players from playing test cricket
Well the recent australian debacle in India and in England may sugget so. More money in shorter version has attracted the youngsters to it. Like everthing else in life everyone wants everthing instantly and no one is prepared to put extra efforts. Technique has given way to more fancy shots and hence this situation. Perhaps Australians will have to change their style of cricket at school level and then after few years they may be able to see the change.
playing 5 days game? In which century we are?England Queen is Australia's President that means these matches hold no value more than our Ranji Trophy matches.

You R wrong. Originally it was played for six days. Five days playing and one in between rest. Test Cricket is test Cricket and T 20 can never take its place
