The fact is England is lot better prepared, hard working and committed with dedication to their cricket and determined to do well in India. And we're exactly opposite at this time..
Almost all of our players are way too wealthy, living with the best of the best luxury and have forgotten the things like hard work, practise etc..
Just compare Yuvi, Sehwag, Gambhir or Yuvi with their tummy hanging out to Cook, Bell or KP-the frontline english players..
Players like Gambhir, Yuvraj, Dhoni know that they got millions of dollars now and they can live happily forever without playing a cricket or working anymore..

More than the players the fat cats of BCCI should also be blamed. The players certain amount of remuneration should be fixed based on performance.
its time for new captain and coach.Specially coach.Fletcher is even more worst than Greg Chapell.Completely ineffective.Bring in dada.He made a team once of winners,he can make it again as coach.

which team did dada build? and what did it win? can you explain a little?
as far as i see dada got a readymade successful team from azhar made up of sachin dravid laxman ganguly himself kumble bhajji etc. and he had a few wins and got the credit wrongly...
as far as i remember they did not win much...they made many finals without really wnning much...even though that team had all the seniors and very few or no juniors...wins mostly against bd and zim...no away test series win against sa eng or aus...

yes that captain whom you know very well and like to blame him for everything under the sun... even if you had to scratch some part of your body you will blame him for it...and he had to play with injured team playing with 9 or 9.5 players in each match...with mentally and physically tired players...
with the type of resources our captain had and their physical and mental state it was bound to happen...gods would not have been able to prevent that...
with sachin down with injured arm, with zaheer down unfit...sehwag could not hear properly...some similar problem with gambhir...i remember the joke at that time was is this indian international players team or indian ''handicapped players team'' and truthfully it was literally that sort of case... what with zaheer breaking down DURING the match (and not only in that particular test )which has happened very often...i remember once be broke down vs sa when we were 0-1 down in india ..thus we had to play with 3 bowlers (we had 4 bowler attack) but other bowlers shouldered the burden admirably and we won in the last over the match thanks to harbhajan despite stiff fight from amla...

Youngsters like Ishant have grown tired before fully developing. Get used to this tonsure at international level, my friends. The effects of excessive cricket, thanks to IPL.

A Well performing gujarati makes the difference between a win and a loss for both england and india For England that worked well with Samit patel and for india it did not work with R jadeja

It was still a positive display by team India.India lacks good pace bowling. What impressed me most is the pitch at Rajkot was not prepared to accomodate Ashwin and Jadeja at all.Just slight wetting with very-soft sand/clay massala, few days in advance, I saw it at the Oval and you have a spinners paradise. Get on team India.
