No 1 position was achieved by playing only home series and battering weak sides like NZ, WI, etc. Once they went out in 2011, the reality came out.

Congratulations to Dhoni for his brilliant double century against Australia in the 1st Test match.A lead more than 150 runs is vital for India to score a victory in this test.
Where is this ex player today who criticised Dhoni for not giving 'enough' opportunity for out of form bowler Harbhajan yesterday? Laxman may be a good batsman but he has time and again proved a poor captain in Ranji as well as in IPL. He was removed in both tournament as captain for his idiotic ways of leadership. He thinks Indian test team is meant for charity and Bhajji should be given a full one side to bowl indefinitely for finding his form even if he conceded 1000 runs to Aussies!. He will be very angry for Hendriques today for bowling straight and fast to an out of form Bhajji. Poor Bhajji blindly swept and bowled for a faster ball. He did not care for Dhoni who advised him to give him stand by playing carefully. He did not care because he thinks he is superior than Dhoni having played 100 tests. This bowler should not be given another chance to play for India at least on disciplinary ground for the way he played today when India needed him to score some runs and give Dhoni support.

Harbhajan Singh played his last test in chennai-the 100th of his Test career.It was gracious of Dhoni to afford him this opportunity in place of Ojha.India is on way to vicctory at the end of 3rd Day today despite poor show by H.Singh and the openers.

and we all seen how debutant Bhuvaneshwar Kumar responded to his Captain and team's need to play carefully to make a Indian record for the best partnership for the nineth wicket with Dhoni. Bhajji should learn team spirit from Kumar.
We should all congratulate Dhoni for his tons. After all its a rare commodity now a days. More over this is the only chance for him to score runs and for us to congratulate him, because as soon as our cricketers set their feet outside the sub-continent we won't have any opportunity to congratulate him for anything. This is also true if we face Pakistan anywhere as we saw last year.
Chalo .. at long last the guys at least batted like they should. It seems VVS's remarks yesterday reg Harbhajan got to MSD .. at least something does. Amd Sachin has done enuff to ensure he will not be dropped for this series at least
