It is surprising that opposition is still talking about Tendulkar. He is a spent force and a spineless selection body has no guts to speak to him. He will definitely play 4 tests and do his best to damage Indian team prospects.

Quite right. Tendulkar may have had a great career, but it will be an eye-opener if a statistician could reveal how many series we have lost of late with Tendulkar's lacklustre performances. Any younger player could have been groomed instead, which the fawning BCCI is not doing.
Old age is already taking toll on him and this Haggard can't stand even for an hour on pitch.His mind and body already surrendered but greed has never say die attitude.

A big haggard who has stood 5 days in a test match , it seems like the way u talk abut Sachin! Comon buddy ..he has done enough to be respected!
can hit centuries against only Indian Ranji bowlers. Australian pace men will not allow him to score over 10 runs in any of the tests. Clarke knows this and he has cleverly made a statement so that he will later say that his strategy to get Sachin out cheaply has succeeded.
Mr. Clarke - He will never score runs. This is your ploy to our BCCI selection team that he will be available for rest of the matches. Just ask your Bowlers to bowl straight to him - he will shuffle across and a very good candidate for LBW. Not to worry about him too much.

we fans are frustrated so much that we start posting pro opponent blogs. such is the plight of the team. they only have to take the blame.
by praising the great and the team, they have made sure we fall into the trap by ensuring we relax and not take things seriously (as indians have the habit of feeling proud when some one praises). result, aus will thrash us soundly..
Clark has seen enough of Sachin to know that when Sachin scores India loses. It is because he is so selfish. When a good bowler bowls Sachin blocks and even if he gets a bad ball he only takes a single. He preserves himself. In process he creates a very negative energy around the team and whole team collapses. It was only after VVS came into team that India started discovering winning ways and Viru, Gauti, Bunty, Yuvi, Dhoni have now made India a dominant team. Kapil Dev, VVS, ViruBhai etc. are champions. Sachin Endulkar maybe a good cricketer but he is a big liability for the team. For when Sachin scores India loses. I repeat and can't stress enough when Sachin scores India loses.

Well said.... Clarke has also probably seen how Dhoni unnecessarily scored a century against Pakistan in Chennai when India were gunning for a win being 29/5... So Clarke will probably also ensure that Dhoni too scores plenty of centuries so that Australia win the series... ;-)
