Dropping Gambhir is the right decision because he is one of the couple of seniors responsible for all the recent humiliating TEST losses for team India.This fellow had developed the habit of getting out after getting set and at wrong time , that is say immidiately after Sehwag gets out most of the time.Tne selectors have given him one more chance to play and lead India A against the visiting Aus side.It remains to be seen how he utilizes the opportunity.Perhaps Raina also gets a chance but he is certainly not a TEST material.It would have been better if Kohli and the Kashmiri youngster also had got a chance to play in the India A match with Australia..

Ghambir would have been done and finished with the very first ball he faces from the Ausies. Patinson, Jhonson and Starc are now a dejected lot to see him not in the team more than the fans in India. Bye! Bye!! Ghambir!!! None sympathizes with u here. You hadn't made "it" large....
it is a pity you lead yourself to disaster. you cant play 1 or 2 quality innings per year and stay in the team. openers are recognized by the centuries they have. anyway, real cricket fans will recognize you for the match winnings innings you have played like 97 in the world cup final, 92 & 91 in australia, etc where the man of the match was awarded to some other less-deserving player. you are a good captain and player if you cut back your arrogance and tune up.
Dhawan is not the right replacement for Gauti.......... Jadeja's selection in place of Yuvi was Baffling even in Eng-Test series........ now he is retained........ Selectors find JADEJA more capable as a Batsmen......... than Tiwary, Yuvi, Raina is very "Surprising".......... Dont think JADEJA is right choice for No.6.......... Rahane is a Classical style batsmen who is more suited for No.3 or 4

Jadeja if not better, is as good as Yuvi and Raina who have a test batting average in 20s. Even Ashwin has a better average than these Rohits, Yuvis and Rainas....

Raina & Yuvi's average is not in 20s........ Ashwin is in the team for his bowling & not batting....... he is not doing much in bowling....... No one knows basis of Jadeja's selection...... he is a Bits & Pieces player & not a Specialist batsman or bowler....... selected for a 5-day game
Iam glad selectors finally made a call on dropping this slug. The man who gave more important to IPL then his natioinal duty and forgot the national pride.
He should have been dropped when he came fit for IPL and announced himself unfit before and after IPL.
