A Pak team with totally unknown and unsung youngsters goes to SA and hands them two straight ODI defeats ! That puts our players' true capabilities in perspective, though of course we did well in UK and WI last summer.

pak is a tallented side...they re let down by their board and afew black sheeps..hope they come out of this mess and be a force to reckon..our team never had a bowler..its been a long time..BCCI keeps on making dead patches here so that home crowd gets entertained...we dont give any incentives to bowlers..we were bound to suffer overseas

i am sure dhoni would be concerned about bowling as well as batting of Yuvi/Raina... If Ashwin can hold down the batting of SA, then we need to consider some specialist spinner like Ohja as well. Then, there are pace options.

Oh really then why india has not won a single ODI series in SA even when GOd was playing....BCCI already spent crores to call a substandard team like Windies all without any schedule just to send this greddy soul with band baja forever and you want him back

Exactly Shashi Prasad. He can single handedly win the series just like all SA series till now.

opening ODI down south

It was waiting to happen. All the hype over tigers on home @flat pitches came to fore. Real quicks and supporting pitch exposed the hype and so called gods of cricket were soundly thrashed and brought to ground in no time. Guess they learn some cricket here and shake off that irritating attitude which all of them wear on their chest.

That can only be an excuse. Who asked BCCI to arrange an ODI series with useless WI team? Was it a farewell for a person who retired from ODIs an year ago?
