Very good things are happening. Now it is time to ignore IPL and all other laziest and junk cricket events. Then only we will develop like China. Unfortunately Premier Hockey League (PHL) was ignored. I wish the same thing must be happened to IPL and and all other laziest and junk cricket events. Jai Hind
actual fact of IPL -all valuation on paper only! how can a franchise which is active only for 2-3 mnths a year be valued at such high costs ??? ...for club culture to succeed in cricket there is a need to develop T 20 as a complete separate entity with a season spanning atleast 9 mnths .

I think the ultimate goal of IPL is to make it a year long event like EPL but they cant do that right now as international cricket is still the most important thing for cricket fans. The IPL teams will only make money on the long term, that is 15 or 20 years down the line. For groups like DC and Kochi Tuskers who are already under loss, they cant afford to run it.

agree, if we go back 30 years in SEBI history and check such companies, more than 75% are AP based, then Delhi based.
