Re: Retire with grace

u r shuperb to luk at with ur big oobs. any way, it has now become bore to see sachin playing.as long as he is in the team no youngster will improve his caliber. st should retire for the sake of cricket.
It is true that he is a legend. He played so many wonderful innings in his life.even though he is not a good finisher, he made so many runs to give descent totals in past. That does not mean that he can play for ever or do what he wants. If we compare the career of sachin and laxman for the last three years, we can easily find that laxman is far more supeerior to sachin.only 2 series in australia and england he failed.but suddenly all critics wanted laxman to retire, forgetting he was the man of the match in recently concluded tests in kalkatta, srilanka and in famous win against australia in mohali.Mnjerakar and GAVASKAR cried in tandem to expel laxman.and he quit the field silently even though he could have easily played this season.BUT when sachins case came hypocracy of so called critics comes, and they wanted sachin to protect for south african tour in 2013.VERY bad manjerakar.
It is true that sachin is completely out of form and his reflexes are going down and that is why he is getting bowled through the gate....maybe people think that this is the time to get retire...but no youngster right now replace him.all the people are telling that give a chance to youngsters...the main thing is that they have to earn a chance...you can't just drop sachin on basis of just two test matches although you can't give chance to youngsters like rahane and badrinath etc on the basis of ipl.The main thing is that the youngsters have to earn a chance.
Sachin Tendulkar is a batsman with a calibre which is unparalled in the cricket world.A cricketing carreer for more than two decade is full of record breaking performances.Neverthles change is law of nature. In my opinion he should hang his boots on peak of great carrier. The world should ask why instead of when.

The last sentence was apt. With all due respect Tendulkar had wonderful 23 years of respect and admiration from public. The public admiration and adoration has made him earn fame, money etc.. Its time he respects publics thoughts.. There were many ocassions were he had poor stretch of innings, but neither the public nor selectors interfered. Its time he decides before both of them say its time.
Tendulkar is past his prime - he should retire respectfully. He is only now after money and more money thru senseless ads. That FREE Ferrari on which he refused to pay tax, that also he sold for money - ungrateful

Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Gandhi are 2 young leader which are being forced on Indian people at the moment.
We are all united in feeling proud of him for the achievements and landmarks. In my own opinion he would make us proud by announcing retirement. It is not fair to expect him to perform each time he gets gets into action; afterall age takes the toll out of everyone.

So because you think Youngsters will not be able to play swing spin etc we should continue with Sachin? What are your views about Kohli?
Since he says he will play as long as he enjoys then it is better for him to be inbombay ranji team permanantly...but dont grind and spoil the test cricket for your personal ambitions...kindly consider national also

cricket is not politics. influence in public is not criteria for anyone to be in a sports team...
