Cricket.. one of the biggest threats to India's progress!

I realized this during the Olympics. Miniscule nations took all the glory fighting in sports, played by 150 to 180 countries.

We idle Indians have made cricket a religion which is seriously played by 6-7 countries!

I support you totally. Even people with a visible paunch become heroes in cricket. Just as IPL is a threat to Cricket, so is cricket a threat to all other sports in India. I hope cricket looses it's popularity games like soccer, hockey, athletics etc become popular with us.The Olympics make me cringe. Not a single gold this time.

Some people can't understand novels, plays. Or they can't read. Bollywood is for them. Similarly IPL is for those who can't understand cricket.

Read about the unethical practices used by Starbucks all over the world. In 2011 Starbucks was named the most unethical coffee chain in Britain in a magazine. You have a lot to learn if you are impressed by a CEO in a jet.

IPL is 2 benifit players
by Chat on Oct 10, 2012 05:03 PM

If WI ask players to return back ahead of IPL then we know players like Gayle will announce their retirements from Test as well as ODI cricket. IPL can't be missed by ne player coz of the money they earn in 44 days. WI board can nvr compensate the loss of player by nt playing in IPL.
