Chintu's father and mother had done their best for their child and today it is all showing up. It is unfortunate that when Chintu is performing at his best, his mother is not around to see his success. Sir, you have done great work in developing such a nice cricketer for India. It is very heartening to learn that basic principles of life viz simplicity, discipline and hardwork due yeild results even today especially in the field of cricket which is known for giving opportunity to influential and rich people. Hats off to Chintu's parents
Every batsman on the creese want to do run.No one wants to loose their wicket. Most of the cricketer of Ranji trofy wants to play for country & working hard.So nothing new about Pujara.Let him play some more matches in overseas & then compare him with ligendary batsman like Sachin,Dravid,Laxman,Saurav.Presently Pujara played just 7 matches ...it is to early to say about him.

Nowhere in the article has either the writer or the father compared Pujara to any cricketer. And it is nice that the father has dwelt more on the role of others in his son's growth rather than on his own. What exactly is your problem, Mamashree? :-)

It's very clear you understand nothing about cricket. Every Ranji cricketer is not equally talented, hard working or focused. Pujara already showed he is of a rare breed.
