In two test matches he scored only 29 runs. How may young players are just selected for only clapping in the matches. At what time he retiring from Cricket. Who is he to decide that I am now hanging my bat. Not the selector. It means that Sachin is over the BCCI & Selector committee

Why are you so sore? Let him be the first player to play 100 Test Matches as an MP!
Guys, allow him peace of mind. He is grooming Arjun to take over from him. Should hereditary quota be confined only to Politics?!! He is keeping the seat hot for his son. It is only another 3 to 4 years. And then, the Master will make the important announcement.
remember, though Dravid was the highest rungetter in tests in 2011, he flopped in some 4 matches the entire media sought for opinion that he should be dropped. What did the experts say??Now no channel is speaking about the dismal consistent performance of Sachin why? This is disgusting.

We have lost our freedom to express our frank opinion. Frankly speaking he should have retired much earlier

Retiring gracefully and with dignity is A better option rather than being dropped. Selectors have a respect to Tendulkar and just cannot take a bold decision in the interest of younger generation. Tendulkar should realize that everything has a shelf life. Beyond expiry date even life saving medicines become poisonous.

why this yard stick applied to only ST (MP)? As you rightly said, why not to Dravid and Lakshman? Let this hallow man(SG) remember the suspension of Kapil Dev, after KD flops in just one match at Delhi. I never thought Sachin can 'play' cricket like this, he has learnt the tricks of the trade very well, especially after he becomes as an MP
