is it so sir??? we have 4 ppl from delhi and 2 from punjab of the 14. We have only 3 players from the whole of south zone. now tell me is it dominated by south??

Murali Vijay like many other Indian Batsmen is full of strokes on dead Indian Wickets. But don,t know to play when the ball is swinging or pitched short. His selection is a waste.
Its tiem our selectors should plan teh teams in such a way that players are selected based on which version they play.Players like Zaheer, Ishanth, Harbhajan should be selected for only test cricket.Raina,Jadeja, Irphan should be treated as one day and 20-20 specialists.
Raina should not lose heart as he is a great fighter and he has long future in Indian cricket.
There is nothing wrong in looking at cricketers liek Ajith Agarkar who is bowling with so much fire now a days. he is much better than praveen kumars and vinay kumars...
And also have a look at ambati rayudu he is a great prospect too....

You have raised a valid point and I agree with you that the selectors can have senior players for test matches whereas juniors should play more ODIs and 20-20 to get exposure so that one fine day they can replace the seniors.
Again Shewag and Gambhir!! O man sick of them..and this so called Tendulkar...Even INDIA got independence after years of struggle..Harbhajan Singh!! I feel like Yawning..Yuvaraj!!One show and aflop film..Zaheer khan!OMG! my one year son bowls faster than him...So funny...

It is time for India and poor countries to Ban Boring and Poverty-producing Test Cricket,3 Day cricket,etc forever now,folks!Has any one Bothered to claculate how many trillions of man-hours have been lost in our banana republic for the past 50 years and howmany trillions of dollars have been lostby watching useless and Boring and poverty-producing TEST CROCKET for daystogether??? The loss in national wealthlost due to Test Cricket watching must be 100 trillion dollars or more and what a shame that we continue this Useless TEST CRICKET even now!Just see the excitement and massive crowd support for the IPL and One day Cricket Matches and compare the sleeping and usless morroniccrowd who were sleeping on the cricket ground during the 10 days of past 2Tests against Kiwis alone! ARE NOT patriotic indians Hurt by seeing the wastage of millions of works hours during useless Boring Test Matches! This wastage ofbillions of man hours has been happening for past 50 years due to Test CricketToo! CAN anna hazare &team members fight to Ban Useless Test Cricket! Canhe do that at least NOW as a patriotic duty for the nation???
Sandeep Patil is repaying his debt in being made Chief Selector out of the blue to N Srinivasan by picking Murli Vijay who belongs to Tamil Nadu. I mean how else does one justify his selection. To balance things Harbhajan Singh has been recalled to keep the north lobby happy. It can be no one's case that he deserves the recall. And has Yuvraj really done enough to earn a test recall, sentiments about his recent battle with cancer notwithstanding ? Ajinkya Rahane has been picked to keep the west (and particularly Mumbai)lobby happy, though admittedly he deserves to be picked. All in all, it is a case of you scratch my back and I scratch yours. Teams from Central and East Zone win the Ranji and Duleep Trophies, but no players are picked from there as they do not have daddies to press for their selection. So the Tiwaries and Dindas slog match after match, usually winning them against more fancied opposition, but they barely get a look in. And players from the East have another big disadvantage ... the captain comes from their zone, but having sold himself out to Srinivasan and CSK he ensures that other players from the east do not get proper chances. So that everyone can say .. what a impartial person he is. Only Raina from Central Zone gets a chance .. that too because he is one of MSDs bmmbuddies at CSK

Who cares forBoring&Poverty-producing& useless TEST CRICKET& Long duration ranji&duleep trophy cricket,etc??? THIS GAME OF CRICKET WAS INTRODUCED BYCROOKED& WICKED BRITISHERS LIKE MAKING& MARKETING OFMAHATMA& non-violence dirty trick to make all majority hindus mmorrns& ennuchs&cowards forever& the past 64 years shows thatthe crooked britishers weresuccessful to make us a BANANA REPUBLIC of majority morrons with their dirtygames, we must BAN Test Cricket forever& WE must shout that wewill notallow Boring and Poverty-producing &useless TEST CRICKET to make us poorer any more. my open plea to the selectors of indian team... show some guts guys... have some .lls. history wont forgive you people for ruining the sport and sporting culture.
why select old timers , over the hill guys? harbhajan, Sachin, Zaheer.. have all failed repeatedly/ why not let yoiung guns boom? selectors are clearly myopic ... get swayed by other things than talent....
Selectors have again exposed their blin..red side- why pick harbhajan,zaheer, sachin despite their repeated failures? there is a shelf life which is over for these guys.But we live in India.. where considerations other than pure talent count...
