Problem? I am just saying it's laughable. Pride of a city attached to a commercial franchise ? I was born in Calcutta. So It's a serious question where's the pride in this celebration?

Thats not true.. This is mismanagement. Why have celebrations if you cannot manage the crowd?

I was never routing for any team. I was watching to enjoy the game. It kept us away from the soaps we have to bear with day in and day out.

Naina what is there to enjoy. Cricket is a lazy man's game invented by the British to kill time. You see how the test was played from morning to evening for five days. The wealthy British, say lords and prince, etc., will booze, gossip and sit and watch the game from the varantas and balconys of the clubs. The British gifted the game wherever their colonies were existed. You can see any other places the damned game.
