A league like I P L is exacting a belated revenge on the English sport of Cricket by reducing it to the status of a tired circus.
All the people who fought and died for India's independence must be so proud of I P L for finally insulting one of the most visible and lingering symbols of the British empire.

SRK is 100 time better than our so called Hindu Brothers like Raja,Maran,Karuna,Lalu,Madamji and Gori Madamji....They loot the country everyday in front of your eyes and you just close your eyes as if nothing ever happened and start barking with silly SRK issue at MCA...have some grey matter
190 is a good score to defend.it was Dhoni's overconfidence that did him in. he started with two pacers, when logic would have either Jadeja or Aswin start the proceedings. He persisted with pacemen when they were being carted by Bisl;a. without taking any credit away, Bisla was very lucky... it would be fair to say it was a once in a lifetime knock... Mystery why he did not bowl Jadeja or Raina who are known to provide break throughs. I sum it up as Dhoni's over confidence... Last but not least the BCCI president was boorish to walk off stage when presents were being distributed.. all the best KKR.. CSK should remember win dies team lost their third world cup campaign and never were the same force ever.....

Dear Mr Srini, I can understand your pain and frustration after seeing KKR thrashed your home team at your home....But dont try to take away the credit from KKR...KKR WON BY DEFEATING CSK....If you start to find excuses for your team's loss then sorry sir I have 100 more excuse to proove that CSK was not a DESERVING team first of all to come this far and CSK WAS SIMPLY LUCKY....So stop analysing "what if" and "if it" because it is all part and parcel of the game and you will find these excuses in everymatch...both lost and won ones.So please have some broad thinking and salvage your pain..Best of luck for next time

First of all CSK have no rights to be in the final; it got into there bcoz of N. Srinivasan who didnt want the chennai crowd to have two matches without CSK;
Seeing the whole tournament KKR deserved than CSK.

yes boos, if csk wins its because of srinivasan, cement, power, money, fixing. but kkr wins consistency, performance, deserved to win. what an idea sirji.

Fixervasan never knew that Bisla was playing or else he would have fixed him too.

To be very honest Chennai were not the favorites to win IPL 5 at all. They were at the mercy of Deccan Chargers before they performed like champions to beat MI and DD. Look at the performance of KKR, there were only couple of occassion where in the opposition teams could score more than 150 against them. So credit should be given to KKR for their consistent performance and SRK for always showing faith in his team. It's every spectator's duty to Justify the performance of the IPL champion and everyone knows that KKR performed really well this season and hence well deserved IPL5 Champions..Good Bye.

he was desperate, anxious, drunk, will do something if kkr doesnt wins this time. beside all these. YES KKR deserve to be the champion for its performance this year better than any team (including CSK)

Sour grapes...MCA officials need to be thrased 100 more times...those people deserve to be thrashed until they know how to behave....Their Tendya looser will play every year and become super flop and hide behind Bhaji and Ambani....crying babaies
They were a balanced team this IPL. They were led by an aggressive and thinking captain in Gambhir. Probably the difference between them and DD was in the captaincy (just my thoughts).
I see a lot of people bashing CSK. I guess CSK bashing is a favorite pastime amongst many people. Please note that they have been finalists 4 out of 5 times, and that can't be pure luck. Then there are those who propound the selective fixing theory. Any match won by CSK may be fixed, matches where they lose is because others played good cricket. This reminds me of how some cry-baby Pakis use to justify their team loss. When Pak loses, they would start fixing theory, and when they win, it is because they played better. As if Pak can never play bad cricket. It is sad to know that people of this mentality exist in India as well...

there are 9 teams competing and only 5 editions are over. 3 champions in 5 edition and KKR is only the 4th team to win the title which itself a great achievement. i am CSK die hard fan but i would still say KKR deserve this years IPL than anybody. congrats KKR.
