dhoni lost 8-0 abroad last year. any other captain in his place would have been sacked by now for this pathetic performance.
There is no doubt most of the matches are fixed. RCB lost to DC to make way for CSK into play-offs. Its not cricket. Its WWE. It gives happiness but an artificial happiness like a movie. You know a movie is not real but it excites you. Lets find out how good does Mr.Gautam or Mr. Dhoni plays in the forthcoming tests. They are winning fixed club matches and are blurting out about "team games". Yeah so when you guyz lost in australia and england...it was not because of rahul dravid but because of the entire team and oh yes Mr. Gautam and Mr.Dhoni were in that team.....were they?
What is a league....every team plays each other home and away and finally who tops with max points wins the league..this is the rule followed in every country for any sport be it soccer, basketball or even handball.IPL is the only league in the world which has this playoffs and finals...this cannot be considered as a league tournament....the actual winners are delhi daredevils as they had topped the league this year..

@glen, i agree with u but IPL is kind of tamasha league where evrything else except points are important. As regards delhi daredevils, poor captaincy and wrong decisions have made them sit out othrwise the result wud have been different

glen, I have raised this issue at the first year of IPL itself. A true league game system with so many matches should never have semi/finals. But as u know, IPL is not just a game, its a 'game show'. So everybody involved need some 'finishing'. By the way for sports sake dont bring in football here. Thats a different league altogether and many of the people here may not even know how a best team is chosen in a league format. Now, be prepared to be blamed as sore looser because u have commented 'favoring' delhi team.

Its got nothing to do with me favouring delhi team,,i just stated the fact..how a league should be..i also hv said this during the last 4 seasons of IPL.Just stating the same point ever year..thats all.
Bravo KKR n CSK for putting up such a show. Iam a die hard KKR fan but i really appreciate the nerves and efforts of oppositoin also. Hatts of dhoni & co and hats off to KKR management

It was a fantastic match y’day. Though I am a CSK fan I would like to give full credit to KKR, for winning the flag.
There were moments I said to myself what if Vijay had not misfielded or what if Hussey had taken the catch or what if Hilfenhaus did not bowl the no-ball….but hey this is cricket that’s how it is! That’s what makes IPL more interesting.
People write about IPL being fixed etc….If you watch it, enjoy it!
…..else do yourself a favour, don’t watch IPL next season, you can stop tormenting yourself.

Most matches were fixed! Why five players were suspended for match-fixing! Come to reality! Try to digest it has become part and parcel of IPFL. It is made meticulously and it will be going on and on!

Indian Premier Fixing League is not the yardstick for judging any captain. Here most matches are fixed meticulously!
