Natwest series, Yuvi and Kaif.... Sourav removes his shirt. That was wen Indian team started to win matches... dnt forget test series and one day in pakistan.... Auto shankar ku onnum theriyathu. chinna podi payan... Because dhoni plays for csk, it doesnt mean that all tamilians should support dhoni. i am from chennai, bt dhoni hasnt made it large. He should take some pills to make it large.

he was d arhitect of team india but nw he is useless as a player he won ICC champions trophy 2002 as well series in pakistan also

Hi All, Please remember that during Ganguly's period India had entered in all the tournament finals (18 tournament finals) for two consecutive years which included two ICC champions (one in SA) trophy, One ICC World cup. This feat was never achieved even by the then mighty Australians. This record is still holds good.
i agree with DADA. all the records of dhoni are on indian soil...we saw shameful defeats overseas under dhoni's captaincy (Australia 0-4, England 0-4 Whitewashes)....he is zero outside the subcontinent.

And what did Dada win ? His captaincy of Pune is the worst of the five IPLs so far. KKR wiely chucked him out and won the title. Pune will figure that out soon. He is nothing but a bad influence with his divisive comments.

U should dam well know that a captain is as good as the team. Pune warriors didnt have a good middle order & a finisher like Yuvi. yuvi was missed badly anyways u seem like a hard nut that only needs to be cracked.

He has got great analysis capability. When he was in KKr team .. SRK didnot envest much and did not purchase good players in the IPL bid. Kept low budget. This year, the Pune owner did not go for bidding at all. So Ganguly always ended up by not having good players in his team as other teams enjoyed. Still he tried and did acheive a lot out of the situation. I salute him, his intellect and comments.

I feel merely changing the captain would not make any difference till we learn to do well abroad under swinging conditions and in bouncy tracks. We have always been found wanting when presented with such tracks. Even in india when played on such tracks in mohali and nagpur we lost badly despite having a celebrated batting lineup. We need better quality tracks in india to produce quality batsmen.

Yes. He is sucking it up to Gambhir so that he can get team mentor position with KKR in next edition of IPL. With his attitude of condemning other players openly and short temper on the ground, Gautham can never be a good captain...
I am 36 now; for many many years I watched India struggle to make an impact in the World Cup. Dhoni has made it happen again after that famous victory at Lords in 1983. He is the real boon to Indian cricket after Kapil Dev\'s retirement. Please give him credit; he deserves it more than all the other so-called stalwarts! (Anoop, London, UK)
we have had enough of dis man ganguly why cant he just keep quite so much eager to come into media every now n then Mr ganguly must know dat his days r over n just keep quite we dont need ur opinion in every matter of indian cricket

Being a member of technical committee he has a say in decision making too. U tell me, if dada should keep quiet then what right u have to speak. i always say, that dhoni is not fit for test captaincy. all his records are on indian soil (including world cup). he brought shame to the nation when we lost to austalia 0-4 and england 0-4. What can u say on this record of ur dhoni.

even i believe dat dhoni shd not b d test captain but, dada has been commenting on every matter of indian cricket he does things which he can never complete successfully like captaincy of PWI he was a great now he must mind his own business u ll never c other greats commenting everyday but ganguly does it

so why r u so affected? whether he's commenting every day or hour or second should not be of concern. try to concentrate on WHAT is he saying. and hope u wont mind to accept that on any day, or night, or whatever, he understands cricket a "few" yards better than u. so, if u can't grasp what he's saying, do urself a favour by keeping quiet.

Was a disaster captaining Pune and single handedly destroyed a decent team this year. Destroyed KKR before he was chucked out. He has no shame and says he wants to play IPL6.

Decent team? U ever heard the word or just said it? Only player that looked a bit committed and responsible under dada is Steve Smith. Ever thought wht bout others? Ever considered Uthappa's contribution? Auto, if he belonged to ur clan by this time ppl like u would have resorted to protests and objections - such wrongs he has been subjected to for years, one after another. And considering the mammoth wrongdoings that he went through, he SHOULD be shameless and chuck all values, though he'd never do that. If he has the guts to say he wants to play, let him. Its his decision. If u (or I)could not stand beside him during the time of his undue, dirty sufferings, u (or I) have no right to speak on his decisions. Shankar-babu! First think. Then speak.
