I am sure the judge got some nice "sum" from the mallyas. His children probably offered a job with Kingfisher!! Or may be a lot of free flights on kingfisher? or may be some rendez-vous with calendar madams of kingfisher. If money, alcohol and power cannot get it, it must be siex
How can a Judge quash a FIR for Rape / molesting a woman. If such a crime is committed against any women the Judges should not allow such out of court settlements even if the perpetrator/s are willing to pay money or even ready to marry the victim. Can a person accept money if his wife / daughter is raped / molested ??? How much money changed hands in this case.

This is muslim law.. it is called "Diya" ie " blood Money". in Mohammedan law. Are we living in India or Saudi Arabia. The judge should be tried.
the court , police and others are paid by public money , why this fracas , she could have gone with luke and at least saved the public servants time and Indian tax payers money
