As a CSW she would have realized her business will go nowhere if she started filing cases against unsatiated customers What a wste of time by media as if they were the only ones that didnt get laiid that night or for that matter every night after the parties
Has the court checked whether the FIR was filed under duress or withdrawn under duress?
Or was the FIR withdrawal is due to settlement on monetary or any other favours?
Court should have ordered an inquiry into the complaint and asked the Delhi police to lock both of them.
Commonsense tells us that this woman is there seeking favours from the rich and famous and through conduits.
Sid Mallya was right.
By allowing to withdraw the FIR both these foreign nationals are wasting the precious time of Delhi police and Indian courts both of them are stretched to provide law and order and settling a mountain of cases.
Court should have asked what is the nature of this so called out of court settlement?
In the first place this crime is non-compoundable.
If the courts allow this, in future all poor people who are victims will be offered money to withdraw FIRs and many will do the same.
The crime rate doesnt stop and infact increases as people particularly the rich get an impression that they can getaway by paying money to the poor victims
