Inclusion of Sachin in One Day Cricket.
by chittaranjan das on Mar 26, 2012 10:15 AM  | Hide replies

It is fact that retirement of a cricketer has to be decided by him. But inclusion of a player in a team has to be decided by the "Selection Committee". Selection Committee also can not do whatever they like. They should consider recent performance and other things also. Selection Committee members should do justice to their job and should be honest to themselves and also to the country men. History says, so many Big players around the world were dropped in the team selection for under performance.

Yes.. you are right in saying "under performance".. so leats evaluate the perofrmance of chole Indian team..then we would think about exclusion.

mr.sachin why you are liying always. your focus was only on 100. you are playing for money and personal record and you are not for country. You are surely a selfish cricketer. that is why we can not call you a great. althoough you are the best batsman but you will never be called a great due to selfish nature. please stop liyiyng to media every time and accept the fact that we lost asia cup due to poor bowling and your selfish 100. this is what we indian feel. already you lost respect. but if you are not retiring immediately then you will lose balance respect and you will be humiliated and finally kicked out. so better take a quick decision of retiement.

What Retire and Phitire
by Adarsh Deshmukh on Mar 26, 2012 10:08 AM  | Hide replies

His intention to still serve India with his continued presence in the cricket team is not a bonafide one, for he has links with the bookies to fix matches whether he scores 0/5/10 or 100 Runs. For him remaining in the team itself is a Money spinner whether India looses or wins.
So,as he has said, let him take his sweet time to decide when to retire, but the BCCI and selection commiteee can serve the Indian cricket team better by geeting bold to boot him out from all versions of cricket to give the greedy a strong message.

You caused our early exit in the Asia Cup because in that game the 100th 100 was your sole purpose! Have grace like Dravid and retire otherwise the legend and all will transform into blame and disrespect.

The brazeness that sachin is showing clearly shows that fame and money has gone to his head..... how can someone say, I will decide when to retire and I will play till I enjoy..... who would not enjoy playing if he is making money in crores for that, does that mean whether he performs for the country or not that is immaterial what matters is his playing...... sachin might have done great in past but the time is perfect for him to say good bye to ODI's.

Asia cup was lost to sachin's cause of 100th 100, let the nation not loose more to some other records of sachin, like 20,000 runs in ODI's.

Absolutely true,
HE's saying so, bcos, he knows very well that the SPINELESS SELECTORS and HOPELESS MEDIA are with him. HE WOULD NEVER BE DROPPED UNTIL HE OPTS OUT (which may be when his son gets into the natl team!!!!!)
Thats the point behind the statements

He himself has proven, he is an utterly selfish person fully lacking sportsman sprit. he dont want to leave name & fame at the cost of young players better then him. If our board can not take decision to sake him then I wish any fast bowler will injure him to remove permanently.
