my heart goes to Bangladesh team. I wanted them to win this cup. They played very well but it was their bad luck to lose just by 2 runs. Bravo I slute the entire Bangla team. Congrats to Pakistan as they won the Asia cup on Pakistan national day. Double celebration for them.
No Doubt they played fearless cricket. If they win a single game, immediately they start big talking . Bangladesh commentator Atar khan started telling that India is not inviting bangladesh for a full series and indian public are missing to see Tamim Iqbal and Shakib in action. Mr Atar must first realize that India develop Tamim and Shakib every 2nd day in our Ranji matches. Winning and losing is a part of parcel. We lost the match due to bad bowling in the end. Bangladesh journey has just begin. Lets see whether they keep up this momentum in coming future.

India gives more runs in slog overs, cannot take more runs in slog overs when they bat. Our bowlers cannot strike in early overs like bangladesh or Pak Or Sri Lanka to get pshchological advantage in One Day cricket. We play for records than for the team win.
They lost the match but won the heart. They lost by a whisker. One short away from being Champion.
Pakistan is now back on track but Sri Lanka has slipped a lot. They have lost the killing instinct which was their most valuable asset. All players were looking faded.
Baring Virat, India did not impress much in any game. We were always looking less cohesive.Hope the glorious period comes back soon and we bring back all the traits of world champion team.
Bangladesh really played with high competence in all departments of cricket. They have very assertively beat both the winners and runners of WC 2011. It's a rising giant and should not be taken lightly. Well done Bangladesh and Good Luck in future.
As Bangladesh were host, they changed the rules of run rate for qualifing.& added head to head rule, so they qualified. no one speaks about that. if It have been INDIA then all were bad mouthed, specially pakis. I think every where there should be same rules.

madam, head to head rule for qualifying was also in force in the recently concluded commonwealth bank tri-series held in australia. remember, that after india's win against srilanka in our 4th tie we had 2 wins against their 1 win, with 1 match tied, & both teams tied @ 14 points. had srilanka lost its last match to australia, india would have qualified for the final, on the basis of better head to head record, but unfortunately australia lost & srilanka qualified. so before criticising international laid rules, because it does not help your country, go through the terms & conditions agreed to for the tournament.

CWB series is diff.. bec there the logic is correct as each country plays more than once.. here whn you are playing only 1 game ..head to head does not justify..even more when NRR is not the prime factor.. the bonus point logic is weird..Though I dont think Bdesh has got to do anything with it and they played really well..But head 2 head here is illogical !!
