Imagine the same Indian team chased 330 against a strong bowling attack like Pakistan with the likes of Gul,Ajmal,Afridi.I think India could have easily posted upto 320 if not more in that match against Bangladesh, had they played normally.But some slow and careless batting by Tendulkar cost us the match and the finals spot in the Asia cup.He made it sure to keep his wicket intact to get to his century.In this process he wasted too many deliveries which could have been easily scored for runs.Imagine the score was only 272 at the end of 49 overs and 17 runs were scored of the last over.Till now records chased Tendulkar,since he was a champion player,but now he chases records.

Yes, the batsman was slow in that match. But can't we forgive that man serving the country for 23 years with immense pressure on him? We have watched him batting PAK match with ease. Now let him play his game. Don't throw muds on him. Its enough. Let us see how he shapes in future games.
Out of Sachin’s 100 centuries, India won 53 matches (winning percentage 53%) Where as, Out of Pontings 71 centuries, Aussies won 55 matches (winning percentage 77%) Out of Kallis 59 centuries, SA won 33 matches (winning percentage 55%) Now, Just compare Indian bowlers & fielders with Australian & South African bowlers & fielders…. You will come to know, why India’s winning percentage is low, even though Sachin’s scored century. Also winning matches are not only in Batsmans’ hand, it requires other player’s contributions too.
Most of Sachins efforts are overshadowed by our bad bowling & fielding…If he was playing for Australia, his winning % would have been more than 80.

When a team comes to field their aim is to win the match in any cost! does not matter someone misses a big hundred! But this case is very different! Country may loss, but someone should not miss a valueless hundred! hrr..
And I hate the media who emphasized the 100th 100 rather than the fact of losing from a team like Bangladesh!
