Tendulkar to blame...
by kumar on Mar 19, 2012 10:21 PM  | Hide replies

Tendulkar to blame for this mess... His slowing scoring towards his 100th 100, put us in thse current state of limbo, looking for Srilanka-Bangladesh match..
He should be thrown out of team India, for sacrifising teams interest.

Yesterday's performance of Tendulkar was not convincing at all. His strokes were atrocious. The one he scored a six is a lucky shot which could have gone to third man's hands if not the bowing was very fast. He was fortunate to get two lives while running between wickets. He was miles away from wickets when ball went past them. A few sweeps of straight deliveries were very risky. In all it was a plucky inning played by him. The only positive point was he was free from tension of scoring 100th ton. Whatever may be his scores he should leave ODI matches to youngsters.

wait for the lanka-bangla desh match
by MN NARAHARI on Mar 19, 2012 08:08 PM  | Hide replies

I do not why we always have to depend on the others result for to get into the final phase. even in australia inspite of kohli's excellent knock at hobart, we had to depend on their match. anyway there is very little we can do now except sit and pray for the lankans to win.

Sri Lanka can still win Asia Cup
by ajit gangadhara on Mar 19, 2012 08:03 PM  | Hide replies

Sril Lanka has to beat Bangla Desh with bonus point, and India can go back home. Anyway India is good at playing only cricket, kabaddi, carroms etc which very few countries play.

Sri Lanka are out of Asia Cup. Pakistan has qualified for final. Even if Sri Lanka beats Bangladesh with a bonus point they'll still be out.

Only a win for Bangladesh will mean India is out.
