sachin took more deliveries to complete his century so we lose against bangladesh.
as we have ordinary bowling line up so sachin should accelerated and taken score to 360 .

the culprit for the lost agnst was Dhoni..

1) whtz the reason to use raina and Rohit in first 15ovrs when Bangla was strugling to score..he shud use Ashwin and praveen to get some wickets!!
2)How many times did u see bangla crosing 100 with the loss of jus 1wicket!!
3)he did not rotate his bowlers well
4)whtz point to use dinda in powerplays at end!!
5)why did he use full quota of Aswin beofre the final 5overs!!

it seems he intentionally lost the match

We ought to reach finals on our own
by Ramasamy Dinakaran on Mar 19, 2012 06:24 PM

India should always think of reaching and wining finals on its way. At no point of time, it should not depend on the the outcome of an another match.
I feel, the current Indian team do not reserve a place in final. Unless some match fixing happens, it is better for us to back or watch the finals happily.

All this ruckus on Sachin's hundred ....
by SekharaM on Mar 19, 2012 06:22 PM  | Hide replies

When India lost to Bangladesh, no one wants to write about that.. everybody was hailing Sachin's hundred. India lost that match because Sachin batted extra cautions for his own hundred.
It serves right for India if Sri Lanka loses to Bangladesh tomorrow. Anyway, Sri Lanka is heading home .. they will earn the goodwill of Bangladeshis and give a slap to the Indian team. BCCI waited for Sachin's century for one year; now they can rejoice his hundred for another year (or more) by going home empty-handed.

As per you and cunningdhoni ..giving away 140run in 14overs to bangla minnows is a grt. acheivment by indian bowlers!!

Bangladesh has beaten India before. If you see the record in Mirpur, 70% of the matches are won by team batting second. Yesterday, even Pak couldn't defend 330. On that day, it was very clear that India was short by 30-40 runs. I won't blame Sachin alone (for slowing things down), but, he should take at least some blame for the loss against BD, the bowlers obviously will have to take more blame.

To Take Revenge

Of World Cup Final Defeat in 2011 and Last Asia Cup Finals Defeat of Sri Lanka by India in their own backyard, Sri Lanka can purposely make Bangladesh a Bigger team ahead of India so that we pack our bags like in Australia.

Srilanka nd Pak fixed one test match in Bangaldesh to send out India from Asia cup of test matches (only time such a test match cup happened).
In that fixing match Srilanka won and they gave a gift of hatrick to Wasim Akram in that match.
It happened in 1999.

Dear Satya,
atleast this is authentic to a large extent. Not like wisden which hsnt included Tendulkar's 136 v pak and has rated Tendulkars 124 v Zim better than 134 vAus.
