The other bowlers are not as good as Zaheer (at this moment). Praveen Kumar and Ishant Sharma did well during their earlier days. But nowadays, they are more than liabilities....! Munaf is supposed to be the Mcgrath of India (line & length). He is very good on Indian soil, but so is everyone else :) Mithun, Vinay Kumar, Aaron, Yadav are too new to be judged....

Sehwag is the key batsman in the batting line up. Just observe, whenever Sehwag & Zaheer do well, India definitely win.....! Dont know how much I will be cursed by Dhoni & Sachin fantards, but that is the truth. That is one thing for which Ganguly should be thanked, persisting with these two......

I feel Ganguly was inspirational because he took a low level team from the hands of Sachin and made it #2. He was not afraid to take on the players, even if they were his greatestchelas. I guess he even swearedat Zaheer or Harbhajan when the latter dropped a catch. I havent seen any captain shouting on hischelas like that. He trusted Dravid more than anyone, that is why I respect him.

really? not a day when ganguly looked lost? how many good wins did he have abroad? most of his wins have come against bangladesh and zimbabwe. also he is created the dubious record of captaining india to most no. of finals and losing it...
he is one captain who was always angry and shouting at his players...what control he had on himself... did he not?

you dimwit what low level team? it was only a case of low level captain. sachin had nearly the same team that azhar had and the same team that ganguly got. but while azhar and ganguly captained well sachin was hopeless...nothing else....if instead of sachin it was azhar from whom ganguly had taken over it would have been the takeover of a successful team.
