I agree with Dhoni. No quick decision should be there for future of seniors but a quick decision is really needed to be taken about his future. I think he should give up test captaincy and focus on shorter formats. Later once he decides to give up test Cricket too, we could have either Dinesh Karthik or Saha or somebody else more eligible for duties behind stumps.

rift between sehwag and dhoni is teh reason..this same team performed well in the previous tours..bhajji, gautam, ishant, kohli are supporters of sehwag..yadav, ashwin are from dhonis side..
dronacharya(dravid), kripacharya(lax) and bheeshmacharya(sachin) should hang up their boots and make way for youngsters..

Not only hang up their boots, they also hang to save indian cricket, its should be guided by selfish marithi money maker
That's not fair discouraging them . They should be encouraged more . We must be always going positively and establish milestones . Good luck for limited over cup Team India .
Bounce and extra pace are something our batsmen are not comfortable with.....That extra pace from young guns are killing our oldies... Thats the truth. We just need to deal with it. There is no good replacement for the seniors.. But it is high time they start grooming..

A sunday after the week after; what a day! We are left licking our wounds and lost pride. If we persist with the same team we are gonners. Winners don't do different things, but do things differently! Let us learn than do the same over and and over again, and only a fool will expect different results.
BCCI must take strict action for non performance. In contract put some conditions like:- (1) No player will be allowed to have advertsement till he is playing any format of game for India ( Test, One Day, 20-20). (2) They will not be allowed to play IPL and similar type of tournament within India or elase were. (3) The player will be paid as per his performance i.e. you perform you collect your deserved amount. India need to have entirely new team because all these players think that their position is fixes and reserved weather they perform or not. Because what will happen many of these player will perform now in One day so we will start agin prasing them anf forget their shameful performane. These is what they are doing since last many years so dont retain them straight away show them the doors.
Let the Board of control in India decide with Millions of people's sentiments back home. It seems these bunch of Idoits think their position is fixed in Indian Team. Make their salary based on performance.Its high time this Team is changed Drastically Retire Dravid /Laxman/ Sachin Tendulkar/Zaheer khan /R.Ashiwn : Drop Gautam Gambhir/sehwag /Dhoni/Ishant sharma on priortiy if Indian cricket Image has to be Repaired.
