mahesh; if u have done a good project in the first 9 months and then relax for next 3 months - will the company allow u to continue? those days are gone now. U can't be in the team basis past performance and one has to continue performing.

Vinayak Deshdrohi if u have done a good progress on project in the first 9 months and then slightly less nut still better than most progress for next 3 months While others are struggling - will the company allow u to continue? those days are not gone now. You can be in the team basis present performance alone and one has to continue performing even if others fail and still fools want you to be chopped.
