dear srinivasan , it is not about winning or losing. one team will win & other will lose. what is disturbing is the manner & margins of defeat - w o fight , w o WILL to fight , w o trying to fight.

Ever since big corporates invaded cricket and cemented their place at top of BCCI, the game is declining in India. It is becoming not reachable for the masses as for the main events these honchos will descend from heavens to watch the show.

One test series loss of India vs aust in aust does not mean as the basis for JUDGEMENT
---
India gave tough competition in 2003 and 2008 series as well

last year aust lost to both South Africa and England as well

but India also played well against South Africa in south Africa in the test series
------
reasons for current Indias show are many and varied

Lack of care by Indian openers in giving away the wickets

indias middle orders planning and practise to guage the changed conditions etc
------
this is not the end ,India will play test series vs aust and others in years to come

so we must not come to the conclusions at all

@INDIAN MEDIA seems to copy western media style in india which is not correct
---
Indian media must have its own soul and be constructive in criticism and yet make points in positive direction

it should not hype or do news for some TPR ratings alone

ha..ha..ha.. India is playing in year 2012 and not in 2003 or 2008. Kick the oldmen and out of form players out of Indian team and bring new faces who play consistently well in domestic circuit

Is BCCI Chief taking Drugs!!!
by S Kumar on Jan 21, 2012 09:57 AM  | Hide replies

Is he on drugs to make this kind of statement after a humiliating loss from second grade Australian team. The So called Tigers one again shown that they are at the best paper tigers and can only score runs if bowling is gali class . They are bad and no way can face any kind of pace or spin attack. With this kind of batting, anybody in world can beat them in India without any doubt .

Rather than taking responsibility of debacle out here, He is arrogantly speaking his words and he thinks that's how he can convince everybody .

Come on , Admit that you are guilty along with most corrupt person in India - SIDI SIDI SHARAD PAWAR!!!

First of all
==========
you are calling Mr Srinivasan on drugs ? highly debatable
fro where are u posting the comments ?

-
second - you are claiming current aussie team as second grade team

so how did you come to that conclusion ?

------
hello
Mr Sharad Pawar is not BCCI chief ,so leave him out of equation
---
he is not arrogant ,you are arrogant

one test series loss by india now cannot be the basis at all

in 2003 and 2008 series India gave tough competition to australia- won adelaide test ,perth test and came close to winning the syd test

--
India also played well in test series against South Africa in south africa
--
australia lost to England ,South Africa as well

Looks like you are relative of BCCI Chief to question the rationale. Wait and see yourselves on India's performance in remaining test & ODI's as well as in the Indian Soil as well. There are many paper Tigers in the team and those people got selected again & again with the poor performance. How come a person like VRAT KoHli with that bad performance can arrogantly say that I am the best player in the team with so many centuries under my belt and showing the finger to Aussies. The Current Aussie team is second grade compared to 2008 team .

Live & keep dreaming about these pathetic players been anything good.
