Can't be

in england,we were complaining about cold weather, that is ok but Indians can't complain about hot weather since our players well versed with playing in 35-40 degree with high humidity in places like mumbai & chennai. It was similar or may be little better in Perth, Sydney & Melbourne. I admire Akram and his cricketing knowledge but he got all wrong this time.

100 percent agree

I agree 100 percent with Akram..
This gr8 legend always speaks his mind without mincing words and even this time too he is cent percent right in saying that seniors have no place in the team.
It's high time Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman retire on their own or are shown the door.

by tojo mat on Jan 19, 2012 09:16 PM

I liked the hidden arrows at the politics and money game that BCCI Pvt. Ltd. is playing..No Indian ex-player will dare to say this truth since they will lose the pension from BCCI...

We all share the blame
by shiva on Jan 19, 2012 08:25 PM

To be frank, when the team was announced, I felt Aussies will bring in their battery of fast bowlers to take advantage of our ageing stars. And they did. And like most, I felt we will battle it out. But not only those past their prime, others too have come unstuck. We need a total health check. We just are not up to mark.

Wrong priorities
by shiva on Jan 19, 2012 07:58 PM

Lack of focus due to too much money and tamasha of IPL. Others just play to win. Our heroes brought down with a thud. Attack the root causes or just grin and bear it!
