Sachin Ten. , Age - 38, Ailing Cricketer(Forced retirement even if hes in form or not) 4. Virendra Seh. , Awfully out of form , back to Ranji to clear his technique 5. Gautam Gambhir , Same fate as Sehwag 6. Inclusion of promising youngsters like Rohit Sharma and C. Pujara and begin the search for the next SRT and R. Dravid . Also find and give chances to promising young fast bowlers.I believe there is no dearth of talent in India.We would surely find many. 7. Home pitches for Ranji and domestic tests to played on hard grassy surfaces than the current dustbowls and Encourage young talent to bowl quick and fast.

They can try out three new pacemen who are waiting for a chance and three new people with test caps are there to show their skill.Since the older ones could'nt do well they can take rest and get ready for the next set of matches.
I presume too much of money and fame brings disaster as each player becomes proud of himself with fame and money and simultaneously less cricket practice. When money comes with the wind then suddenly downward trend starts. Just see couple of years ago eg Inshant Sharma, he was very humble and now see his attitudes completely changed personality.

just see SACHIN, DRAVID, LAXMAN, AND SEHWAG all these players still play cricket , Why ? beacuse too much of Money. They all know the income which they are getting, can never be got such huge amount from any other sources. Hence they will continue even above 40 years of age unless they are thrown out. Shame on these mentioned cricketrs not giving chance to young talent so that they also earn good money. These shows their SELFISHNESS especially SACHIN TENDULKAR.CAN YOU HIM GREAT ? NOT SO ?ALL THE BEST TO OUR YOUNG CRICKETERS, DAYS WILL NOT BE FAR WHEN THESE OLD CRICKETRS ARE THROWN OUT.

Blame the selectors not the players themselves.Cricket is a profession / business now and therefore the players will go on till 60 if they are allowed. So, target the selectors .

and Hongkong, Singapore and Maccau and if these teams defeat team India than prepare a weak teem so that we can over them.
The best solution to retain no 1 spot : 1)Dont send our National Team abroad, They should be free to play withen our border area which is heavily guarded by our BSF. 2)If any foreign team likes to visit India we may take them to any paddy field nearby for cricket and introduce FOUR Spinners(at least)against them . 3)If our beloved National Team is compelled to go outside, Please bring our DADA back at least as a non-playing captain
