thats obvious, A guy moving to onsite would work twice his best abilities, than when he is at offshore. The differnece is , he gets 60000 INR at offshore, but 6000 USD at onsite.
Revamp the entire team. Seniors have outlived their shelf life, so force them to take retirement. IPL should be banned as it spoils the technique as well as temprement needed for the test matches. Give the youngsters a reasonably long rope as given to the aging seniors. Prepare sporting pitches and see to it that the test players also play in domestic cricket. If possible make an agrrement with the cricket boards in England, S.Africa and Australia and send the young players for trainig to learn to play on fast tracks. If all these can't be donebetter stop playing test cricket.

Make T20 and Other version seperate. who ever plays T20 version,can play only in ODI version! not in testmatch.
