1) Energy and support and attachment by Indian Spectators play the most vital role.
In absence of that they should try n gain support of overseas crowd as much possible.Else every player should have a MOBILE individual video footage of crowded roaring indian matches which they can temporary refer to overcome lack of enthusiasm.
2) Each player should have individual focus by management to cater to their needs...sachin need someone with whom he can talk n talk befriend and chill,Someone one to tell Sehwag that koi farak nahi padta if he doesn't score just ball dekhke khelna.Ishant sharma should be asked to loosen up his shoulder n ball in rhythm without over exertion. Dravid needs to play straight thats all.Dhoni needs ten 15 jharkhandi supporters in ground always...:) so forth so on.All need girls or gf who can deny that...
So a separate support team (of 12 members or so) is reqd to focus on their individual technical , mental...or any other needs. 3) On fast green track batsman need to play forward n duck too. Have to flick fast to tackle faster bowls maybe more muscle strength or lighter bats may help.
4) Bowlers if they can't bowl that fast need to pitch it 0.5 to 1 mt or so more up. And straighter not giving space.Block holes are good areas to concentrate.
sharp st fast spinner like kumble might help to bring variation.
5) lastly enjoy some beer if not more if u r in australia....;).

Sehwag needs to be replaced by Jaffer. Dravid by Rahane, Rohit Sharma for Laxman. Ashwin is not suitable for australia, he should be replaced by Rahul Sharma. he is tall and the bouncy tracks in Aus will help his leg spin.

These seniors went to Australia before the full team, and still they could not play. It only means that thier skills are deserting them. Time to blood in new talent or else India will go the West Indies way!
The team is looking clueless and has no idea of their opponent's plan. This shows lack of planning by the coach and poor selection by Indian selectors. The Indian team has no plan or guts to stand up to the Aussies.
Duncan Fletcher is a total flop and has failed to get the best out of Indian players - young or old. Yes, I used the term "old" as average age of the team is over 30.
Leadership from Dhoni is lackluster and it is very clear that he is not enjoying captaining the team on series away from home.
Team selection is based on Dhoni first selecting his playing eleven then Srikkanth fills the rest of the spots with players from Karnataka, Tamilnadu, or Chennai SK. This need to stop as the team does not have bench strength and these players are mere passengers.
If the team can not make 300 runs in an inning in a test match overseas, it can't expect to win any. Tendulkar, Dravid, Laxman, and Sehwag should retire gracefully or they will be booted out.
Aging stars need to retire but who is ready to take their places? Ashwin, Yadav, and Varun Aaron were launched with so much media propaganda. But the lack of talent is clearly visible on the pitch. Kohli and Ishant also haven't lived up to their potential. So where is the talent? Warner is right - future of Indian Cricket looks bleak.

good let cricket go away from Indian sceene so other sports can come up and india can make a presence in the olympic
Our key test batsmen are Sehwag and Laxman. I have seen few test series that we have lost when Sehwag/Laxman is on a roll.
Sehwag when lucky puts runs on the board at a pace that lets the other relax when batting. When Laxman is in form, he stays at the crease for long and scores big at a reasonable rate.
The problem with Dravid/Tendulkar is that when they are in form, the scoreboard doesnt tick and builds up pressure. These two are not match winners. Laxman and Sehwag are! Unfortunately Sehwag is out of luck and Laxman is in awful form!
