It's not funny, anymore! One wonders what stops him from reaching the mark. The logic that he doesn't care for his personal milestones is a hollow one...he does, and he has shown it ample number of times. But his amazing failure to post a three-figure score in last so many outings is baffling. The opposition team has been scoring mammoth totals, whereas he, like all other Indian batsmen, are looking toddlers without a clue. The only possible reason it seems is that the century is playing a bit too much on his mind, and his anxiety to reach the milestone is becoming his undoing. He is a much better batsmen than what is on display these days.

if he would have scored 100 and got out then people would have called him selfish. either way you hace to complain. but fact is only he is scoring that reminds me of 2000 series when onl;y bataman to score runs was him in 3 match series while rest all failed.

That's the whole point. He should not only make a 100, but possibly a double or triple ton. However, because he is so very preoccupied with getting that 100th 100, he looks a plae shadow of himself.
Tendulkar is batting freely at good run rate and not chasing a pesonal record. He made many runs and will remain in form. His century will come out of his efforts.
The question to ask is what happened to the other "Ten"- team members.
Sachin should forget about the 100 century milestone and concentrate on his batting and enjoy the batting freely. The 100th ton will automatically come to him and India. Of course winning is more important.
Sachin tried his best but got out to a very good ball... the game was yesterday only.. too much to score.. We lost because of poor bowling performance.. Sehwag puts pressure on the remaining batsmen by getting out cheaply.......
