This is biggest problem of Indian selectors. Kohli has done well in one series, they made him vice captain. He is no doubt good player and great material for future captainship but wait and groom him for future captainship. Selectors decided to spoil him, please learn from past.

Lot of betting is involved on sachin's 100th ton, and everybody BCCI, Selectors, and Sachin are involved in it. So I am not sure whether sachin will score 100th ton in Bangladesh. It will take another 2 years so the sponsors, BCCI, Selectors, and Sachin make lot of money just advertising on his 100th ton. Shame on our selectors, and sachin who despite the bash the public are giving to him, he is shamelessly continuing.

Very good question.I presume no indian leave alone Srikant dare to drop Tendulkar and it is shameful that he is also not announcing his retirement.I hope wise sense prevails after getting 100th ton during Asia Cup and vacate the slot for youngsters thereby doing a favour to the country.I say enough is enough having played one days for 22 years and recently picking and choosing the one dayers.Remember Sir Don scored a duck in his last appearance.
Nice that Sachin is given the respect he deserves. He has been one-man army for our country for many, many years and at a time when he might be struggling, we need to give respect and accomodate him so that he again raises the bar of records and reputation for our country. Long live Sachin.
Its not the best selection thinking process for sure. What you want to communciate is that:
1. You prefer Sachin over AJINKYA RAHANE, for long-term planning, and that too for such a low level tournament
2. You prefer out of form or inconsistent Jadeja/Rohit over players who are performing good for Rajsthan, say Robin Bist
3. Also, you want to tell that Vinay Kumar, who struggled in the late state of triseries in Australia; and is given ample chances now; is good enough over some other promising medium fast bowlers like T Sudhindra.
I think that Shrikant's interest lie in getting his son in to team and that's why he is happy playing goodies with BCCI and DHONI.

Very correct but i can bet 200% that his son does not have test or one day talent to play for india.I hope srikant sees the writing on the wall and kicks up all seniors like zaheer,Shewag and Scahin.
