Also, his performance is not excellent. he cannot be considered as an alrounder also since most of the times he fails with the bats without contributing even scores below 10 when compared to other teams, most of the fast bowlers or tailenders give stiff fight to the opponents. Also, why these selectors announce the team when a tour is in progress and one more match is to be played(hopefully). Any player dropped or rested, or demoted (as in the case of Gautam Gambhir removed from Vice Captain though his performance was good), demoralises the member. Why can't these selectors wait for the tour to complete and then announce the team.
