well said AAA, this failure is affecting the complete team,and to remain in the team, he is creating the pressure on other players, which is not a good sign, he should be kicked out at the first oppertunity, He never performed against big teams, except few occassions, which i think, if any new comer gets, would perform better.

Thats an understatement. Sehwag needs to improve on everything.
A batsman, even in state level when he plays a crucial game, comes with a plan - what shots he is comfortable at, what shots are to avoid, how to plan start playing the best bowlers of opposition etc etc. Sehwag played with recklessness throwing to wind all the basic hygienic requisites a batsman of international level should have possessed in abundance.
He is way overrated, but unfortunately has a knack to score fast and big in subcontinental pitches to cloud selectors view of his real caliber. A batsman's real caliber comes to fore when he is tested in bowler friendly away pitches. Here Sehwags record speaks for itself.
