Dhoni, dont be so happy with this win as its not a authority stamped or worthy win. Its just that Srilanka bad bowling(short,wide etc) made our batsmen click.
You will know what cricket is all about when you play Australia in next ODI. Because Ben and Pattison are back in the squad.
The main characterstic of a leader is to motivate his follower when things are down and not going in his way. If Dhoni cannot do this there is no point being a captain of the team.
At least MSD is being frank. He knows full well that the victory against SL is meaningless. Taking just this match, it basically came down to which team made lesser errors & bungled fewer opportunities. The Aussies in their current form will beat the Indians with one hand tied behind their back. But, I suppose one has to start rebuilding somewhere. So, if it’s the beginning of such a process, then I wish the Indian team nothing but the best!
whn wl u lift ur own morale? u hv bcm a burden on team bcz u never score runs overseas. take retirement frm oversees tours bcz u cudnt score even a single ton after playing more thn 100 innings. ur pathetic average oversees tells the entire story. u concentrate for matches to b played in asia whr smhw u manage to score sm runs n improve ur average by remaining notout. let sm other keeper cm in team who wl score better runs in ur comparision.

worst batsman....gambhir or kohli can be made captain....saha can be batsman...he can bat sensibly...may not able to hit 6's ...but dhoni hits a 6 in 7 - 12 matches...only if team is on verge of victory...anyone can do that except dravid.

if sachin is ready to bat number 5, dhoni would have easily scored lots of hundered by coming early where all fielders are in..its not about the runs..if sachin scores 100s is not important..it how important are the runs during that period...scoring hundered batting first 230-240 on board is no big deal

sonu, your giving false stats and trying to create false picture about dhoni will be useless as others too can read the stats and understand its meanings...they can also read other players stats and understand how good or bad they are too..
