gavaskar n tendulkar
sachin is gavaskar's pet. gavaskar vl not object to removal sacking or resting of sehwag, dravid laxman or even dhoni. but he vl never support the same thing abt sachin his pet. budhha_sathiya_gaya_hai.
however didnt think of any different view taken by gav

sachin fans r overenthusiastic so they r reporting abuse to others who state the facts

Class
by Donna Alex on Feb 09, 2012 09:15 AM  | Hide replies

can understand some people hate the fact that Tendulkar is still not retired, not giving a chance to youngsters and is playing for his milestones but the truth is so few people have class when they play. It is so beautiful to watch when Sachin and Kohli play with superior class. 20/20 is not cricket, it is cash cricket. The pure class of a batsman is when you play strokes like the match yesterday. Kohli was also so classy and it was so beautiful to see the strokes that he played!
Sehwag was nonsense and utter careless, Raina and Sharma were also a bit careless yesterday but will improve on more chances.
To some people's mind Tendulkar will be an evil but I guess everyone has to imagine what they will do if they are at his position!
I would pick Tendulkar over Sehwag at any given day.

Sehwag who has 22 centuries & 32 half centuries is a gully batsman?
Dont forget that Sehwag has scored 150plus runs 6 times overseas and his overall SR is 81.99!
It is a shame to call him a gully player.

What a dialogue Mr. Dhoni, "It is difficult task (to lift the morale of the team) but if each player does his work it becomes easier".
But true, u did u work very well. 4 runs from 5 baals simply lifted the morale by manifolds.

I saw Bhajji in the IPL auction sitting next to and chatting with Mrs. Ambani. Where is he now?

Give credit where due

Let us be happy that we broke the losing streak. We should rejoice at our turn-around and not join Imran Khan making fun of our losses.

The fact is the team ties hard, but circumstances are against them. Like when at school, few are just ahead of us through better grey matter up there. But we should keep trying, never give up.

The only issue I have is - too much money distracts our players unlike in the past and other teams present. This trend will kill the goose that lays the golden eggs - if not already done!

India needs to play the seniors first and then the youngsters
by Nikhil Shah on Feb 09, 2012 04:11 AM  | Hide replies

In any series Tests or ODIs, the importance of skill over youngsters needs to be emphasized. With players like Zaheer, Sachin and Sehwag after establishing the lead with a few wins the youngsters can be brought in gradually.

The morale of the team is typically lifted after a few initial wins. The seniors then can be rested and brought back for the finals.
