thats alright India, Whatever they (england) win, they win once every 30 years....so chill, times will change and we will have a good side surely. But, yes, the test captain needs to be changed and instead Gambhir would be a good choice.
1. BCCI President and selectors such as Kris Srikanth. Clearly Srikanth is a paid servant of Srinivasan. 2. Contiuing with Gambhir, Sehwag, Sachin, Ashwin(useless guy) and Kohli (arrogant to the core). 3. Not planning or preparing for the series. The same story continues from the England tour last year. We do not plan or train for a series. 4. No inspirationa Coach, main coach, bowling or fielding coach. (We do not even have a firm place for even a slip fielder!) 5. Not giving opportunity to consistent players such as Amit Mishra and instead brining in Piyush Chawla who seems to clearly have some godfather in the Indian team. 6. The regional selection basis policy must go in favour of pure merit. Why can't there be a grading system for players based on Ranji matches instead of leaving the decisions to corrupt selectors?

i agree fully with point 2. VK is arrogant to the core. he was flopping in 3 games and did not open his filthy mouth
but once he got 100 that dirty mouth started gain. he should never be captain hot headed.
Indians were just not interested in hanging in there for 5 days. This England team is not exceptional. They just stuck to the fundamentals better than Indians did.
This Indian team looks jaded and bored. Time to bring some fresh blood which is hungry for success.
It is the players who make the first step after which the coach can help them. England prospered under Fletcher. They continued this under Flower, unlike our once-upon-a-time flat trackbullies who became a burden after winning the WC. It is a puzzle as to what role Fletcher is playing! He neither seems to be a hard taskmaster like Greg, nor supportive as Kirsten.
The need of the hour is Greg Chappel (to throw non performers out!) or a separate team for tests.
Nasser Husain was waiting for such a weaked time of Indian team. He is satisfied in just smelling the winning deeds of his successors which he was not able to do so.
Umpires dhrmasena, tucker, aleem dar and hill were the best players of the series and played well for England! Aleem Dar saved the at Mumbai&dharma sean&tucker did it for them at Nagpur, whwn players make money, why NOT umpires??? the amount involved will remain unknown ofcourse! Shame BCCI has not urged ICC to Ban umpires making mistakes and for pubishing them for wrong decxisions, whether for money or for other favours, what a shame!

Funny, I thought the umpires were batting for India when "British Bradman" Alistair Cook was given out when clearly not out on both occasions. I suppose the umpires were also responsible for the run outs and all the dismissals where a so called great batsman was bowled. I am sure the umpires no-balled our bowlers every time they were about to take a wicket.
What excuses... India played terrible cricket and England were deserving winners. Period.
When players like rahane get used to provide water n towels to oldies like sachin without performing remains in team , the current result is bound to happen. Sehwag n Gambhir has crosssed their peak & needs to be rested. Also enough of Ashwin now , he is better cricketer in T20 format rather than test cricket.

Just ban Srinivasan and any paid lackey of Chennai Super Kings [people like Srikkanth] from anything to do with International Test Cricket.
Make Kapil Dev the BBCI Chief and Amarnath the Chairman of Selectors.
