I am a great follower of cricket, but since 1977, i am contributing my memories here, in 1983 when our cricket team won world cup- i know how we celebrated, and since then i became the fan of Kapil Dev, later he was made the capitan of our team, and after unsucessful performance(as per media and BCCI) he was thrown out as a capitan, and even after 29 years Kapil dev is the only person who is illtreated by the BCCI. I dont know why. I remember G.R.Vishwanath, he used to be the master batsmen in playing cover drives, but, when he could not plaly well, media criticised, BCCI criticised and every one criticised. I remember Azharuddin, just like VVSLaxman, he too was a wonderful wrist player and capitan, we made big big eyes watching him play, but after allegations and poor performance he too was criticised. Oh, i forget to tell you about Sadanand Vishwanath, I think most of the people who are participating in this board does not know him, he was at one time the national hero since Benson & Hedges cup, Sharjah cup etc., he was a tremendous w.keeper, but ultimately what happened to him, and today i dont know where he is, many many players like this are just thrownout of the team and even from the cricket. But, today, i honestly am saying to you all, dont discuss about the vicious circle and when, what, where, who, because, when it a vicious game, no one even the players are the target. unless and until the BCCI is governed and controlled by honest and sincere people of the ga
its very easy to be a greatest captain ever when u have sachin ,dravids and VVS plays for u in thier prime...when they retire...ur great so called cricketing skills goes in smoke....time to retire MSD..if u have any shame(bcci chairman for that matter)...MSD not sacked cos head lead CSK..owned by BCCI chairman...INDIA values club cricket better than nations pride..
RETIRE!!! 8-0 whitewas on tour...series loss at home...indians ppl are very proud today..WC hero??...yuvi and sachin got the cup...WC was BTW...remeber tie agisnt pak..sachin dropped 5 times.. india never won it.,..they purchased it
If he is a human being having some values he should have taken moral responsibility for his failure as Captain 10 defeats & should have resigned by now. Instead the ba-----d fellow blaming the seniors failure. What is his role in team Batsmen -No Ashwin batted better than him. Keeper- No Captain- no. Is he a spectatator ? He has a hippo potamus skin, that's why he is giving interview like this & the foo---lish media also publishing this .
Sachin Tendulkar is responsible for Indias serias loss at home. He never contributes with batting, stands at thrid man, distancing himself from the field, on top of it, he gives negative advise to the youngsters to go into a shell while betting and often interefers with bowlers and gives unwanted advise.
Tendulkar must be shown the door immediately in the interest of Team India.
so wat you have accomplished with your strategy of going with out of form seniors and did not wanted many changes... you are ridiculing your own stand... shame on you multi-millionaire dhobi you have always shown your mind by blaming others and never once did you take the blame on you head.. if you really love your country you drop yourself out of test cricket becos not once but thrice you have shown your inability to lead a test side and also you have failed as test batsman along with your favourable yuvraj ... you 2 guys if any shame is left in you will not play test cricket
Add to everything else, Dhoni has become rhino-skinned. He does not take any responsibility for loss. Still says it is not worse than 2007 WC loss. That is ultimate arrogance. After losing 10 of 14 Tests he says it is less than loss of 2 ODI matches! If that is his priority, let him play ODIs, and quit from Test cricket.

Even if Dhoni takes responsibility for the loss how is that going to change the fortunes of team India. We should rather handfoldedly request Sachin to retire (although it will be graceless retirement) and request Sehwag to take a long rest.
