mr gavaskar,when u were playing its for ur personal record or to draw the test....purely on selfish nature.But when players like SEHWAG plays there's a sure result & he never plays for his individual milestones.He entertains the game & keeps the boring matches(in ur time)into interesting one .India's problem is that if sehwag gives rousing start everybody will play & india will be in commanding position.So total match depend on this guy then tendulkar or others(except kohli).even ur time u heve lost more matches than current indian team..i.e is the beauty of the game.India became no1 test team only becos of players like sehwag,gambir,dravid,laxman,tendulkar,kumble &harbajan.your team nowhere near to that feat.so pls dont put yourself down by these nonsense comments.

Sr.Players like Sachin,who is earning Billian of rupees from Advt and other sources. Is any body will want to retired himslf in this condition. May be The BCCI selection team also getting big amount bribe/money as commission reguraly from these Players and from sponcers of players. This is a most commen farmulla being applied in every field in India. The cricket is now a 100% business only and not in the list a plays.( It is not in the list of any international countries tournement like Olempic,Asiad etc as a play). The people do not have much option to watch other plays in india.
Its time for Sehwag and Sachin to retire and move on...play just a few 20-20 matches to keep in limelight and earn more money.. When was the last time Sachin or Sehwag made a big score in 2 consecutive innings? I dont remember that?
Test teams should have players like Dravid and Laxman. Time to find new players similar to them in the reserves and give them a chance to play.
It is high time, that test team is different from one day or 20-20 team. All require different skills.

I am supporting you. Sehwag has been playing very carelessly for so many months in 2012. If you postmortem his last few innings, you will be conviced that my comment is right. Selectors should seriously think about him, at the same time, as a punishment to his bad performances in the previous match, should be suspended(if this norm is there with BCCI- just like punishment transfer in govt jobs).
