You are wrong.. Congress will bite the dust !! Its Modi's time now..Corrupt Congress is going !! I am not sure about Tendulkar though. By extending decision on retirment, he is digging up his own grave. More people will start hating him. Hats of to Ganguly and Dravid who retired at the right time sensing their poor form.

People are sick of NDA ? Since when ? Who is Ruling at National level ? It is Congress and Corrupt, Communial, Coward Congressi Post Doctrate leaders who are responsible for country's downfall. You want me to name.. Kalmdi, Raja, Siebel, All coalitions partners like Lalu, Maya. By the way, have you come to Modi's state Gujarat ? I would request you to visit the state and see the progress. It is understandable that a leader drives nation. Mr Singh can not make any bold decision and control is with that Italian Lady, who made a big show before jumping into politics..and then brought their kiths and kins.. CONGRESS PLEASE GO !

Indians are not good at football or any such action-packed,vigorous games. The Indian physique is only strong enough to play slow, lazy games like cricket. Now even cricket seems to be difficult.

So forget about football forever.

by Vijay friend on Dec 14, 2012 08:44 PM

I don't doubt that talent of all top order batsmen. I have a feeling that they want to fail to get rid of Mr. M.S.Dhobi from captaincy who is not worth a player in test team and has got so much credit that he does not deserve. It of course has created a clash among the players.

Look where ball has hit his stump

It is almost at top of his middle stump, yet he pretended as if it kept low.Really shameful for Sachin to get out time & again in similar fashion & still continue to occupy the place of one youngster. He should learn from Dravid & Ponting who did not allow anyone to ask for their head & left with head held high

sorry friend even Dravid and Ponting failed and then they retired. Even Sachin is following them
The examples you might give is Warne, Steve Waugh, Mcgrath etc.
Even viv Richards failed in later part of his career.
Anway I agree sachin should Retire now and concentrate in Politics to earn Money.

by anil c on Dec 14, 2012 07:34 PM  | Hide replies

Situation is really pathetic..you have a business man heading the board and he has managed to buy everyone concerned and made sure that only money talks..its so pathetic that even the commentators are afraid of criticising dhoni..coz everyone is on payroll visible or invisible..Amarnath has spilled the beans on whats happening but everyone pretends that he doesnt hear anything..by performance or captaincy dhoni shud ve been out of team long back but srinivasan has managed to even bypass the selection committee..and why does chawla comes back so often without any performances in dom cricket like agarkar used to do..and doesnt anyone feel something fishy when umpires make mistake after mistake and still bcci doesnt want technology..answer is probably this-scope of fixing reduces with technology..without tech u dont even need both teams to fix results..just collude with umpires and u get it.

Jay ho cricket
by Sanjay Banerjee on Dec 14, 2012 07:23 PM  | Hide replies

Why are we as a nation hysteric about a "game" only 07 countries consider worth playing? That too a game, where everything other than the players matter e.g light, wind speed and direction, wicket grassy or otherwise etc. etc. etc.? What then is the contribution of the players in the game when all other factors seem to perform rather than the players. Is it not high time we shifted our focus and energy on some other popular games like soccer, which incidentally some 135 countries play. Or maybe even hockey, badminton or even yes our very own kabbadi. Here at least the players perform and not the elements.

and that too, these days most of the games are fixed so public have lost interest. So stop watching cricket let us switch channels and watch the proceedings of RS LS these are more entertaining
