Please realize that at the time -cricket is a sport and is played by people because certain passion .In fact many Cricketer did not make even what I call a decent money .Today it is thousands of crores business .Also who were the people in BCCI - certainly not politicians, who at best, decent thing we can say, are corrupt ,criminal looters . So do not compare your times with current situation . I heard Chandu Borde and other great Cricketers
First of all if BCCI is not under the Ministry of Sports. Any team representing BCCI cannot be an Indian team. It is a Pvt body and that has to be changed. BCCI should be brought under RTI. Cricket in India is a business like Politics. Hence clensing should happen.

That is one of the reasons I call it BCCI-IPL team and Indian team . Now all these guys are promoting Sahara retail outlet . Promosing quality .SC has given extension to pay the public - this is a company does any fool link with quality .
Here comes another one. Kiran must have been promised by the chairman that he will get some post soon at one of Board's outfit. he was not talking about this for some time suddenly woke up. We all know what have you done when you were in the selection committee.

Does any one remember during his tenure and With Greg Chappel - the cricketers had the worst time .Even Cricketers could not digest the non sense that was going on.He was the worst we had in the pat perhaps we will never have one more barring Srikanth .
Admidst all these prb BCCI want to go ahead with inviting Pak, which is unwarranted. No country has done it before neither they expected. The next crappy thing that will happen is invite them in IPL...
When will people of India boycott cricket? Are we so shamless to play with a country that sponsors the kind of activities from the other end?
