Kiran More - Is this fellow mad?
by harilal k on Dec 13, 2012 10:35 PM  | Hide replies

Even Legislative Assembly proceedings are telecast live these days and this fellow wants to hide proceedings of bcci meetings????? Come On INDIANS, let us decide that we do not want such a board called bcci to fool us. LET US UNITE TO BAN CRICKET IN INDIA. These people are using us to make money for themselves without any effort to raise the Indian flag to the top.

attacking BCCI is ok,but making derogatory remarks or embarassing some individual should be done at an appropriate level and not shouting from the roof top.

"Amarnath" has done the "Right Thing"!!
by Rakesh Nair on Dec 13, 2012 10:16 PM

"Millions" of "Indians" watching "Cricket" should know the "Truth"...
So any "Wrong doings' should be "Exposed"...becoz "Cricket" is not anybodys "Private Property"!!!
With "Srinivasan'...its all "Wrong' & "Unethical"...Holding "2 posts" & 'Making only "Money" by "Openly" fooling the "Citizens"!!!
'Gavaskar"/"Amarnath" should continue there 'Remarks"/"Criticism" as it is good for 'Indian Cricket" & "Bad" for "Money making Guys'!!!!
On one "Hand" the "Powerful LoBBY" of "Ambani"/"Rs Member"/"Selectors" is protecting "Sachin" being "Dropped"...On the other "Srinivasan"/"Csk" lobby is Protecting "Dhoni"!!!
"Mohinder Amarnath" should "Reveal' all the "Wrong Doings" as these "People" are not "Working" for there "Family" but "India Cricket"...
What is "Best" for "India Cricket" should only be the "Deciding Factor" not to "Fill" the "Pockets" of "Corporate BCCI"

Right of fans

BCCI is not a strategic defence agency whose deals and dealings has to be contained in closed doors or closets of the poweres-that-be. With thrust of commercialisation, business has hijacked the entertainment quotient from the genuine fans and general public, who derives some sort of pride and pleasure in celebrating a INDIAN win in cricket. Instead of discussing the propriety of Mr. Amarnath in disclosing the secret "enchantments", why not supposedly responsible people either approve or deny what he had disclosed? National interest shall be above the BCCI interest.

remember I also had the same opinion yesterday? Certain things can be said only at appropriate forums and time. For his age, what Mohinder did is wrong.Probably, he is trying to take one last fight with BCCI.

the main culprit is IPL, we have to balance it out. reduce the ipl calendar so that players have enough energy to play ICC calendar, or keep a different team for each format, the load on a player is just too much, and also series after series coming in weeks so players are not really worried about current results as new matches are just around the corner, donot over use the golden goose it will not give more than one a day.

WHY Jimmy is justified>>>>
by siva kumar on Dec 13, 2012 09:02 PM

If sacking Jimmy unceremoniously from Selector's panel just for trying to sack a undeserving player(DHoni) is justified then no one has the right to blame Mohinder Now!!

Jimmy is an a**
by Kabadan Y on Dec 13, 2012 08:59 PM

Opinions are like holes and every one has got one and of course Jimmy too. For such an experienced cricketer, it looks like he has an agenda by kicking up this unwanted storm when the team and players need support from all quarters. Will replacing Dhoni can set everything alright here. Here we are a team who can only win in India when there is a decent score on the board and we have been failing miserably and the entire batting strength is unable to stay focussed or lacks potential.

Jimmy

Ok, let us accept that Jimmy should not have revealed those inside news. But no one has denied that someone from the BCCI had asked them to retain MSD. If yes, was the 'Person' more knowledgeble than the selectors ? Or was there a cricketing reason for retaining MSD ?

Srikkanth cannot go against Srini as Srinkanth is with CSK. With selectors getting paid 50 lakhs per year no ex cricketers will go against BCCI.

Did anyone have the guts to support Mohinder Amarnath when he was unceremoniously dropped from Selector's panel for trying to sack Dhoni after England Australia debacle???
