Jadeja is a farce enacted on team by Srinivas.He is not disciplined enough to be success at this level.he is a player with limited ability good enough for domestic cricket only.Srinivas wants him in team India to justify the ridiculous pay for IPL shelled out by CSK.
Dhoni complaining that Gambhir playing for himself and not for the team. He is pointing that Gambhir batted in the second innings of the Mumbai Test as he was more interested in carrying his bat by remaining not out, rather than shielding the tail enders and scoring quick runs. My question is why tail enders are coming in the picture. What Tendulkar, Kohli, Yubraj, Dhoni were doing with their bats? How Cook & Piterson played and set an example. Cook as a leader is fighting from the front starting from the 2nd innings at Ahmedabad (176) followed by Mumbai (122) and Kolkata (190). Why Dhoni could not follow the foot step of Captain Cook? Why blaming Gambhir?
Dhoni should remember good old syaing "Nach na jane ankaan teda" He has failed as a Captain and wicket Keeper batsman. But for Mr Srinivasan, his place is now untenable in the team.

Better to pray- not an innings defeat for India. Defeat is inevitable, Politician Dhoni and business Srinivasan will find no place to hide. Whoever were contender for captainship, Dhoni Destroyed him as a result team is not looking like a team(Unit).
Dhoni indded is very cunning guy, desperate for captaincy. He plays his tactics so well to retain captaincy. After previous 2 series failure also he smartly diverted everyone from changing the captaincy. First he blamed senior players to create controversy and later after 2nd series loss he created controvery by saying players like Sachin,Sehwag & Gambhir costing 20-30 run to the team while fielding. Now again here he is smartly creating controversy around Gambhir so that everyone starts talking about Gambhir and his captaincy remains intact. It is well known that senior great TEST players like VVS & Dravid could not adjust with Dhoni.
Gambhir still do not know how to communicate with his longterm partner sehwag while running between wickets.This shows his lack of interest to correct himself. He is the reason for pujara's run-out. He is not playing for team. he don't put efforts whil fielding...must be sacked immedeately
