Can we all stop these players from playing, especially Dhoni and Tendulkar, we can stage a hunger strike if needed. Because if their stubborn attitude we are suffering...

Why hunger strike? Just stop buying tickets to see the matches in the stadiums.

Hit the BCCI where it will hit them the most - in the pocket.

NEED PLAYERS WHO CAN PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE
by shivendra malik on Dec 09, 2012 01:38 PM

INDIA needs players who can perform under pressure.. seeing the performances of sachin, dravid and laxman... i believe sachin should have retired before them and they should have stayed back.. v only hd two players who always performed under pressure but unfortunately they were forced into retirement..
If INDIA has to lose now.. betr loose with younger players.. 8 losses in a row abroad and 2 at home.. i think its time they give importance to domestic cricket and get in players like pujara.. who hv performed at domestic level..

Indian cricket will loose interest from its fans and eventually sponorship if they continue with Sachin, yuvi, schewag, zaheer, ishant, dhoni in test format. People are bored watching those loosers.

You must be day-dreaming. Just wait for IPL season to come, and all fans you are referring will be cheering for these losers.

I agree, Fans in India expect India to compete and win against quality team like Aus, SA, and England. No body shown any character (except virat in Australia and Ashwin in India) and this is what really upsetting us. If this was Pakistan even 41 run they would have given a real fight.

When will the blessed Board realise that age 37/39 of sachin etc. might not be their true age. It is possible that some of them might be above 40, in which case near sightedness of the eye develops. Thus, one is not able to sight the ball well enough.
Kick oldies out please. Give chance to youngsters.

By your own logic you should quit
by subramaniam srivatsa on Dec 09, 2012 01:18 PM

You Questioned VVS Shewag Sachi, all the seniors. Any Senior not performing should not be in the team according to you. So should not you just shut up quietly without giving oscar speeches and quit?

Yuvi only bowled by superb bowling
by Bala Murali on Dec 09, 2012 01:18 PM  | Hide replies

Dhoni Sports is always sports no need to bother too much about one loss but we have some commonsense few questions for you

1.If one bowler bowling in wicket to wicket in good length whats your fielding plan?

2.Why there is no tips for ball management?

3.Why you did not identify opponent batsman week areas and asking bowler bowling on that areas? If not what are you doing in the filed and also you are Wicket keeper?

4.Is it good to use all players when they are not in 100% form? You don't think it will spoil their carrier and also game?

5.What happened to session by session by game plan?

we have lot of basic commonsense questions. But you will not think about this.

No need of you to bring this team back,if you quit as captain & player this team will win.
If not the entire team will have confidence that they will not be dropped even after continuos failures.

dhoni's press conference
by Manoj Kumar on Dec 09, 2012 01:08 PM

"The easiest thing for me to say right now is to say, 'I quit captaincy' and be a part of the side. But that's like running away from the responsibility. Of course there are others who will decide. There is BCCI and the administrative people who also want to look into that. For me, my responsibility is to get the team together and be prepared for the next Test match. This is where experience will count. You have got the right mix of experienced and fresh guys. As a leader, this is a challenge that has been thrown up to me or towards me. It's always good to lead a side when everybody is doing well. That's a time when you don't need a leader. Leading a side is when the team is not doing well.
You would try to gel the team well and back the senior guys and try to move in the right direction. The selectors are there to decidethe best person to lead the Test side. I think England, Australia series were the lowest part. Because we were not really able to compete. We know what the faults are over here and we should be able to rectify those. It's not the time to play the blame game.
It's wrong to question the coach. We have won quite a few series. The ODIs performance has been really good, in between we've won a Test series. Yes, we have struggled in Australia and England series and this is a series we've not done well and lost two matches.
We should not really look for execuses and play the blame game, putting it on the coach"

Public are not idiots
by subramaniam srivatsa on Dec 09, 2012 01:06 PM

Dhonnai you will stay to beat dada's record. And you are ably supported by your BCCI mentor. In fact that is how you won the world cup it self. If it had ben in australia or SA, you would have been whitewashed, surely. Here its BCCI all the way.

Dont fool the fans by pretending to be taking on a responsibility. If that is the case first thing you should do is quit..which you wont.

Indian Test cricket is doomed to be bound by BCCI Chief, IPL and Dhoni .
